This class can generate HTML for form elements.

It provides functions that take some parameters for each type of form input and it displays the respective HTML.

Currently it supports inputs of type text, password, file, hidden, radio, checkbox, textarea, submit, reset and button.

It can also bind a select input with item values retrieved from a MySQL database.
